大体积混凝土施工技术在建筑工程中的实践研究

摘要 大体积混凝土施工技术因能确保结构整体性和耐久性,在建筑工程中,特别是在大型基础设施、高层建筑、桥梁、水坝等工程中得到广泛应用。然而,大体积混凝土施工过程中面临的主要挑战在于有效管理混凝土硬化过程中产生的大量水化热,以预防温度裂缝的产生。为实现这一目标,针对大体积混凝土施工技术进行了创新研究,探索合理使用新技术的方法。该方法成功应对了大体积混凝土施工面积大、高度高等施工难题,满足了建筑物建设要求。该创新技术的应用,提升了工程建设的整体质量,提升了建筑施工企业的核心竞争力。 Mass concrete construction technology is widely applied in construction engineering,especially in large-scale infrastructure,high-rise buildings,bridges,dams and other projects,which can ensure the structural integrity and durability.However,the main challenge in the construction process of mass concrete is to effectively manage the large amount of hydration heat generated during the concrete hardening process to prevent the occurrence of temperature cracks.To achieve this goal,innovative research on mass concrete construction technology has been carried out to explore methods for the rational use of new technologies.Through this method,the construction difficulties such as large construction area and high height of mass concrete have been successfully addressed,meeting the requirements of building construction.The results show that the application of innovative technologies has improved the overall quality of engineering construction.Therefore,the innovative research on mass concrete construction technology not only helps to improve the project quality but also further enhances the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
