摘要
随着青年群体住房租赁市场的进一步扩大,对住房品质、社区服务及可持续性发展的要求也逐步提高。满足青年群体日益提升的居住需求,打造一个充满自然温情的旅居式生活社区,以闵行区梅陇镇租赁住房项目为例,研究分析了保障性租赁住房规划与建筑设计要点。围绕总体布局设计、户型设计、配套设施设计、公共空间设计等内容,梳理了保障性租赁住房设计策略。总结了保障性租赁住房可持续发展方案,包含绿色建筑材料应用、节能设计、绿化与环境设计等内容。经过科学的住房规划和建筑设计,实现了保障性租赁住房建设与品质的提升。
With the further expansion of the housing rental market for young people,the requirements for housing quality,community services and sustainable development are gradually increasing.The aim is to meet the increasing living needs of young people through scientific and reasonable planning and design,and to create a residential community full of natural warmth.Taking the rental housing project in Meilong Town,Minhang District as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the key points of planning and architectural design of affordable rental housing.It specifically analyzes the challenges and problems faced by affordable rental housing,and sorts out the design strategies for affordable rental housing around the overall layout design,unit type design,supporting facilities design,and public space design.Subsequently,it summarizes the sustainable development plan for affordable rental housing,including the application of green building materials,energy-saving design,greening and environmental design.Finally,through scientific housing planning and architectural design,the construction and quality of affordable rental housing are improved.
