摘要
为优化软土地基处理技术在建筑基础工程中的应用,采用案例分析法,研究了排水固结法、真空预压法、深层搅拌法和化学加固法的施工工艺与经济性。结果表明,综合应用这些技术能够有效提高地基承载力,减少沉降,确保建筑物的长期稳定性。研究为未来软土地基处理技术的选择与实施提供了科学依据和技术指导。
To optimize the application of soft soil foundation treatment technology in building foundation engineering,this study adopts the case analysis method to research the construction techniques and economy of the drainage consolidation method,vacuum preloading method,deep mixing method and chemical reinforcement method.The results show that the comprehensive application of these technologies can effectively improve the foundation bearing capacity,reduce settlement and ensure the long-term stability of buildings.This research provides a scientific basis and technical guidance for the selection and implementation of soft soil foundation treatment technologies in the future.
