摘要
矿井作业环境的高危特性对安全照明与风险预警提出了严苛要求。当前矿井照明体系普遍存在光环境适配僵化、能效低下等问题,传统安全监测系统则面临传感器孤岛化、应急响应迟滞等技术瓶颈。随着本质安全型设备技术(IECEx认证体系)与工业物联网架构的创新发展,构建光环境与安全态势联动的智能系统成为可能。文章就深地受限空间中照明系统与安全预警机制的深度耦合机理展开探讨,以期建立适配矿井动态风险的主动防控体系。
The high-risk characteristics of the mine operating environment impose stringent requirements on safety lighting and risk warning.The current mine lighting system generally exists in the light environment adaptation rigidity,low energy efficiency and other issues,the traditional safety monitoring system is facing sensor siloing,emergency response lag and other technical bottlenecks.With the innovative development of intrinsically safe equipment technology(IECEx certification system)and industrial Internet of Things(IoT)architecture,it has become possible to build an intelligent system that links the light environment and safety posture.The article discusses the deep coupling mechanism between the lighting system and the safety warning mechanism in the deep-earth restricted space,in the hope of establishing an active prevention and control system adapted to the dynamic risks of the mine.
