摘要
当前工程机械照明系统普遍存在显色性能不足、能耗偏高及环境适应性弱等局限,难以实现全天候精准作业要求。因此,本研究围绕多光谱融合照明、动态调光算法及能效优化技术展开系统性探讨,通过构建光-机-电协同控制模型,量化分析不同技术方案在目标识别精度、能耗经济性及人眼舒适度等维度的综合表现,以期为工程机械夜间作业照明系统设计提供参考。
Current construction machinery lighting systems generally suffer from poor color rendering performance,high energy consumption,and weak environmental adaptability,making it difficult to meet the requirements for precise all-weather operations.Therefore,this study systematically explores multi-spectral fusion lighting,dynamic dimming algorithms,and energy efficiency optimization techniques.By constructing a light-mechanism-electricity collaborative control model,we quantitatively analyze the comprehensive performance of dfferent technical solutions in terms of target recognition accuracy,energy economy,and eye comfort.In order to provide a reference for the design of night operation lighting system for construction machinery.
