摘要
为选择一种有效且经济的用于雾化过氧化氢灭菌效果监测的生物指示剂,从染菌工艺、芽孢含量、菌落形态和指示结果等方面,对市售的3款生物指示剂进行分析和评价。结果显示:国产指示剂1染菌不均匀,且菌落形态异常,属于不合格产品;国产指示剂2和进口指示剂3染菌均匀,培养后菌落变黄,芽孢数能够达到106,且在实际应用中指示结果的一致性较高。结果表明,国产指示剂2和进口指示剂3指示效果均良好。从经济角度考虑,国产指示剂2可以替代进口指示剂3用于实验室雾化过氧化氢灭菌效果监测。本研究为科学选用雾化过氧化氢灭菌生物指示剂提供了技术支撑。
In order to select an effective and cost-efficient biological indicator(BI)for monitoring the performance of aerosolized hydrogen peroxide(AHP)sterilization,three commercial BIs were analyzed and assessed based on their bacterial contamination process,spore content,colony morphology and indication results.The results showed that domestic BI-1 was unqualified with uneven bacterial contamination and abnormal colony morphology;and for both domestic BI-2 and imported BI-3,uniform bacterial contamination and post-cultivation xanthochromic colonies were observed,the number of spores reached 10°,and the indication results were highly consistent in practice.In conclusion,good indication results were received by both domestic BI-2 and imported BI-3.Domestic BI-2 could serve as a viable alternative to imported BI-3 for monitoring laboratory-based AHP sterilization,due to its cost-effectiveness.Therefore,how to select an appropriate BI for monitoring AHP sterilization was technically supported by the study.
