摘要
近年来,抗微生物药物耐药性(antimicrobial resistance,AMR)已成为全球公共卫生的重大挑战,动物源性耐药菌及其携带的耐药基因可通过多种途径在“动物-环境-人”间传播,严重威胁公共卫生安全。本文从分子生物学技术(如CRISPR-Cas9、ASO、RNAi)、生物技术(如噬菌体疗法、益生菌、抗菌肽)、免疫和疫苗策略(如疫苗、单克隆抗体、免疫调节剂)等多个层面,对消减控制耐药菌和耐药基因研究现状和最新进展进行综述,综合分析不同技术层面的优缺点,旨在为控制动物源细菌耐药提供依据和理论支撑。
In recent years,antimicrobial resistance(AMR)has been posing a major challenge to global public health,while animal-derived antimicrobial-resistant bacteria and their genes could spread via multiple pathways at the interface of“animal-environment-human”,seriously endangering public health safety.Here,current researches and updates of mitigation and control of antimicrobia1-resistant bacteria and genes were reviewed from several aspects including molecular biology techniques(e.g.,CRISPR-Cas9,ASO and RNAi),biotechnology(e.g.,phage therapy,probiotics and antimicrobial peptides),and immune-and vaccine-based strategies(e.g.,vaccines,monoclonal antibodies and immunomodulators),then their strengths and shortcomings were comprehensively analyzed,aiming to theoretically support future control of AMR of animal-derived bacteria as a reference.
