摘要
星型压缩机是一种气缸绕曲轴呈放射状分布的往复压缩机,其润滑系统对压缩机运行具有关键影响。研究了星型往复式空压机的润滑过程,基于其结构特点和使用需求,提出了一种新型可靠的星型往复式空压机润滑系统。计算了其润滑油量,分析了不同润滑方式的影响,设计了集油槽并确定了运动间隙的大小。通过试验验证了所提方案的优越性,从而保障了空压机运动件的充分润滑,提高了空压机运行的可靠性,为星型往复式空压机润滑系统的设计提供了参考依据。
The star-type reciprocating air compressor is a kind of reciprocating compressor with cylinders radially distributed around the crankshaft,and its lubrication system has a critical impact on the operation of the compressor.The lubrication process of the star-type reciprocating air compressor is studies.Based on its structural characteristics and usage requirements,a new and reliable lubrication system for the star-type reciprocating air compressor is proposed,and the lubricating oil volume is calculated.The influence of different lubrication methods is analyzed,an oil collection groove is designed,and the size of the motion gap is determined.The superiority of the proposed scheme is verified through experiments.Therefore,the sufficient lubrication of the moving parts of the air compressor is ensured,and the reliability of the operation of the air compressor is improved.A reference for the design of the lubrication system for the star-type reciprocating air compressor is provided.
