摘要
在乡村振兴战略深入推进的背景下,乡村人才短缺成为制约乡村发展的关键因素。高等职业教育凭借其专业设置与产业需求紧密对接、注重实践技能培养的特性,在乡村人才振兴中发挥着重要作用。该研究聚焦高等职业教育赋能乡村人才振兴的教学模式创新,通过分析当前乡村人才需求特点与职业教育现存问题,从课程体系优化、教学方法革新、师资队伍建设等方面探索创新路径,旨在为高等职业教育更好地服务乡村人才振兴提供理论支撑与实践参考,助力乡村振兴战略的有效实施。
Against the backdrop of the deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,the shortage of rural talents has become a key factor restricting rural development.Higher vocational education plays an important role in the revitalization of rural talents by closely aligning its professional settings with industry demands and emphasizing the cultivation of practical skills.This study focuses on the innovative teaching model of empowering rural talent revitalization through higher vocational education.By analyzing the current characteristics of rural talent demand and the existing problems in vocational education,we explore innovative paths from the aspects of curriculum sys-tem optimization,teaching method innovation,and teacher team construction.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for higher vocational education to better serve rural talent revitalization,and to as-sist in the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
