摘要
人才培养是我国发展的重要驱动力,其中,研究生群体是我国教育事业的重点培养对象。在新时代背景下,就业是最基本的民生问题。为了更好地推进研究生培养和就业工作,需要全面贯彻新时代人才工作新理念、新战略和新举措。只有不断探索和实践,才能推动研究生培养和就业工作不断向前发展,为国家和社会的发展注入源源不断的人才动力。基于此,该文以安徽医科大学临床药理研究所2022—2024年的硕士研究生就业情况为例,详细分析当前药理学及药学硕士研究生就业形势和就业需求,提出了加强职业生涯规划教育、提升学生实践能力、拓宽就业渠道、加强就业指导服务等具体措施,以提高研究生的就业竞争力和职业发展能力。
Talent training is an important driving force for China’s development,among which the group of gradu-ate students is the key training object of China’s education cause.In the context of the new era,employment is the most basic livelihood issue.In order to promote the graduate training and employment work,it is necessary to fully implement the new concepts,new strategies and new measures talent work of the new era.Only by continu-ous exploration and practice can we promote the continuous development of graduate training and employment,and inject a steady stream of talent power into the development of the country and society.Based on the concept of employment education,this paper discusses the path of employment guidance for graduate students majoring in pharmacology and pharmacy.Taking the employment situation of graduate students in the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology,Anhui Medical University from 2022 to 2024 as an example,this paper analyzes the current em-ployment situation and needs of graduate students majoring in pharmacology and pharmacy,and puts forward spe-cific measures such as strengthening career planning education,improving students’practical ability,broadening employment channels,and enhancing employment guidance,in order to improve the employment competitiveness and career development ability of graduate students.
