摘要
某高原铁路作为世界上海拔最高、线路最长的高原铁路,因其复杂的线路条件和高养护难度,研制了先进的钢轨移动式闪光焊接装备。在某高原铁路区间,利用该装备开展钢轨现场闪光焊接和磨耗钢轨更换的应用,结果表明:该新型新能源供电直流移动式闪光焊机性能优良,满足高原地区钢轨现场焊接需求;焊接装备采用磷酸铁锂电池组,具有能量密度适中、安全性好、可靠性高等特点;搭配中频感应热处理装置,可实现焊后直接正火,提升焊接效率显著。
As the world's highest-altitude and longest plateau railway,the Plateau Railway faced complex track conditions and high maintenance challenges.To address these issues,an advanced mobile flash butt welding system was developed.Field tests were conducted on a section of the railway,where this equipment was used for on-site rail flash welding and worn rail replacement.The results demonstrate:The new DC mobile flash butt welder,powered by new energy,exhibits excellent performance,meeting the requirements for on-site rail welding in high-altitude regions.The welder utilizes lithium iron phosphate(LFP)battery packs,which offer moderate energy density,high safety,and superior reliability.When paired with a intermediate-frequency induction heat treatment device,the system enables direct postweld normalizing,significantly improving welding efficiency.
