热喷改性沥青碎石封层组成设计与关键工艺研究

摘要 基于直接剪切试验、拉拔试验和扭剪试验,研究碎石粒径、碎石撒布量及沥青洒布量对剪切强度、拉拔强度及扭剪强度的影响规律;以峰值强度确定最佳的碎石封层材料组成,并探讨“两油一料”工艺第一次洒布沥青用量对碎石封层黏结强度的影响规律。结果表明:随着碎石粒径、碎石撒布量和SBS改性沥青洒布量的增大,碎石封层黏结强度呈先增大后减小变化趋势,最佳黏结强度对应的碎石粒径为9.50~13.20 mm、碎石撒布量为19.0 kg/m^(2)、SBS沥青洒布量为2.0 kg/m^(2);扭剪强度与剪切强度、拉拔强度之间具有良好的线性关系,且扭剪试验设备简单、施工便捷,建议采用扭剪强度作为碎石封层材料组成设计的控制指标;基于黏结强度峰值确定“两油一料”洒布工艺第一次、第二次最佳沥青洒布量分别为1.2 kg/m^(2)、0.8 kg/m^(2)。 Based on direct shear test,pull-out test and torsional shear test,the law of effects of gravel size,gravel spreading and asphalt distribution on shear strength,pull strength and torsional shear strength was studied,thus the optimal material composition of macadam seal was confirmed depending on the peak strength,and then the effect law of the volume of first asphalt distribution in the application process of"two layers of oil with one layer of gravel"on the bonding strength of the macadam seal was discussed.The result shows that,with the increase of gravel size,gravel spreading and distribution of SBS modified asphalt,the bonding strength of macadam seal increases first and then decreases,and corresponding to the optimal bonding strength,the gravel size is 9.50−13.20 mm,the amount of gravel spreading is 19.0 kg/m^(2),and the distribution volume of SBS asphalt is 2.0 kg/m^(2).There have good linear relations between the torsional shear zero-point strength and the shear strength,the pull strength,and the torsional shear testing equipment is simple and the construction is convenient,thus it is advised to take torsional shear strength as the control criterion for the composition design of macadam seal.According to the peak value of bonding strength,the optimal volume of the first and second asphalt distribution in the application process are specified as 1.2 kg/m^(2) and 0.8 kg/m^(2) respectively.
