摘要
以铁道工务系统营业线施工安全风险为重点,梳理铁路营业线施工事故原因,提出铁路营业线施工重大安全风险情形、危险源清单、风险管控要点,针对性地提出风险管控措施建议,有助于管理部门科学开展辨识评估安全风险和隐患排查治理。
Focusing on the safety risk in construction of the business line of the railway works system,this paper sorts out the causes of the construction accidents of the railway business line,works out the major safety risk conditions,hazard source lists and risk control points of the construction of the railway business line,and formulates the risk control measures and suggestions,which are helpful for the management department to scientifically carry out the identification and evaluation of safety risks and hidden dangers investigation and management.
