摘要
自唐朝起,不同版本的《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》持续从中国和日本两个方向传入朝鲜半岛,尤其是宋朝官府校改本在朝鲜半岛广为流传。通过梳理《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》在朝鲜半岛的传播情况,可知两书受到了朝鲜官方和医学家的高度重视,《御医撮要方》《乡药集成方》《医方类聚》《东医宝鉴》等朝鲜医学著作中大量收录了两书中的内容,尤其是其中的妇科、儿科知识在朝鲜半岛最受重视,《千金翼方》曾是朝鲜王朝官方医学考试和教育的指定书目。这一历史过程不仅反映了中医典籍跨文化传播的深度与广度,也凸显了《备急千金要方》《千金翼方》作为传统中医学的优秀典籍,在促进人类卫生健康共同体构建中的独特价值与全球意义。
Since the Tang Dynasty,various versions of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang(《备急千金要方》Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces for Emergency)and Qian Jin Yi Fang(《千金翼方》Supplement to“Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces”)have continuously been transmitted to the Korean Peninsula from both China and Japan.Among these,the revised editions produced under the Song Dynasty government were particularly widespread in Korea.By sorting out the dissemination of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang in the Korean Peninsula,it could be concluded that the two texts were held in high regard by both Joseon Dynasty officials and medical scholars.Their content was extensively incorporated into major Joseon Dynasty medical works such as Eoui Chwaryobang(《御医撮要方》Medical Essentials of the Royal Physicians),Hyangyak Jipseongbang(《乡药集成方》Compilation of Indigenous Korean Remedies),Uibang Yuchwi(《医方类聚》Classifi ed Collection of Medical Prescriptions),and Dongui Bogam(《东医宝鉴》Treasure Book of Oriental Medicine).The sections on gynecology and pediatrics were especially valued on the Korean Peninsula.Notably,Qian Jin Yi Fang was designated as an offi cial textbook for medical education and examinations during the Joseon Dynasty.This historical process not only refl ects the depth and breadth of cross-cultural transmission of Chinese medical classics but also highlights the unique value and global significance of Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang—as integral parts of China’s outstanding traditional culture—in contributing to the construction of a global community of health for all.
