地铁车站浅覆土顶管近距离上跨施工掘进参数分析

摘要 掘进参数在浅覆土顶管近距离上跨施工中对地表沉降与既有线路变形控制至关重要。文章以南宁地铁明秀站换乘通道工程为依托,采用Midas GTS有限元分析软件,针对浅覆土条件下大断面矩形顶管近距离上跨既有线路的特殊工况,建立三维数值模型模拟顶管开挖全过程扰动效应。研究中设定不同量级的掘进推力与不同厚度的管壁等工况,系统分析关键掘进参数对顶管结构及既有线路变形的影响规律。结果表明:①掘进推力的增大可改变顶管的竖向变形模式和既有线路水平变形最大值的分布;②管壁厚度增加虽能减小既有线路部分沉降量,但会显著加剧后施工侧隧道的差异沉降,导致结构受力不均匀性增加。 The tunneling parameters have an important influence in surface settlement and deformation control of existing metro lines during shallow buried pipe jacking with close-range upper-crossing construction.The interchange channel project of Mingxiu station of Nanning metro is taken as the research background,and this article uses Midas GTS finite element software to establish a three-dimensional numerical model for simulating the disturbance effect of the entire pipe jacking excavation process under the special working condition of a large-section rectangular pipe jacking with close-range uppercrossing of existing metro lines in shallow overburden.The influence of key tunnelling parameters on the deformation of the pipe jacking structure and existing metro lines is systematically analyzed by setting working conditions such as different magnitudes of tunnelling thrust and different pipe wall thicknesses.The results of the study indicate that:①The increase of tunnelling thrust has the capacity to modify the vertical deformation pattern of the pipe jacking and the distribution of the maximum horizontal deformation value of existing metro lines;②While an augmentation in pipe wall thickness has the potential to attenuate part of the settlement of existing metro lines;yet it would significantly exacerbate the differential settlement of the tunnel on the subsequent construction side,leading to increased structural stress unevenness..
