摘要
海洋领域的蓬勃发展关系到国家的经济繁荣,也关乎国家的长远兴衰与安全稳定。自中共十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视海洋事业的发展,将海洋强国建设定位为推进中国式现代化的关键战略任务,并作出一系列重要论述和重大部署,为加速海洋经济高质量发展指明了方向。然而,我国海洋经济发展在新时代仍面临诸多挑战。本文基于习近平总书记关于海洋强国的重要论述,结合相关数据资料,深入分析了我国海洋经济发展的现状,明确了海洋经济高质量发展的战略指引。在此基础上,从优化海洋产业结构、加强海洋科技创新、加强海洋生态保护、打造高素质海洋人才队伍、构建人类命运共同体等方面提出了实现海洋经济高质量发展的对策建议,为我国海洋强国建设提供理论支持和实践参考。
The vigorous development of the marine field is related to the economic prosperity of the country,as well as the long-term rise and fall of the country,security and stability.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the development of maritime undertakings,positioned the building of a maritime power as a key strategic task in promoting Chinese-style modernization,and made a series of important discourses and strategic deployments,pointing out the direction for accelerating the high-quality development of the marine economy.However,China's Marine economic development still faces many challenges in the new era.Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourses on a maritime power,combined with relevant data,the current situation of the development of China's Marine economy is deeply analyzed,and the strategic guidance for the high-quality development of marine economy is clarified.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the high-quality development of marine economy from the aspects of optimizing the marine industrial structure,strengthening the innovation of marine science and technology,strengthening the protection of marine ecology,cultivating high-caliber maritime talent pool and building a human community with a shared future,providing theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of China's maritime power.
