摘要
海洋经济与海洋资源环境是具有高度复杂性、多层次性并具有耦合特征的开放系统。本文基于两大系统的耦合协调关系,构建海洋经济和海洋资源环境系统综合评价指标体系,运用综合赋权法、线性加权模型、耦合协调度模型测度并分析了2013-2022年我国11个沿海省份海洋经济和海洋资源环境两大系统的综合发展水平、耦合协调度及时空演化特征。结果表明:研究期内,我国海洋经济发展水平呈波浪式上升态势,空间上呈现“南部差异最大,北部其次,东部最小”的格局。广东整体的海洋经济综合发展水平居全国首位,而广西连续数年为全国最低水平,导致南部海洋经济圈内区域差异尤为突出;我国海洋资源环境综合水平呈波浪式上升态势,空间上呈现“北部差异最大,东部其次,南部最小”的格局。山东、海南海洋资源环境综合水平全国领先,而天津、上海处于全国落后水平;我国海洋经济与资源环境的耦合协调度呈稳步上升趋势,空间上呈现出“南、北部差异大,东部差异小”的分布格局,其中广东整体耦合协调度最高。
The marine economy and marine resource environment are open systems characterized by high complexity,multi-level structures,and coupling features.This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the marine economy and marine resource environment systems based on their coupling and coordination relationship.By employing the comprehensive weighting method,linear weighting model,and coupling coordination degree model,the study measures and analyzes the integrated development levels,coupling coordination degree,and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of these two systems across 11 coastal provinces of China from 2013 to 2022.The results indicate that,during the study period,the development level of China's marine economy followed a wave-like upward trend,with spatial disparities characterized by"the largest differences in the south,followed by the north,and the smallest differences in the east."Guangdong consistently ranked first in terms of overall marine economic development,while Guangxi remained at the lowest level nationwide for several consecutive years,leading to particularly pronounced regional disparities within the southern marine economic zone.The integrated level of China's marine resource environment also exhibited a wave-like upward trend,with spatial patterns showing"the largest differences in the north,followed by the east,and the smallest differences in the south."Shandong and Hainan led the nation in terms of marine resource environment levels,while Tianjin and Shanghai remained at the lowest level nationwide.Moreover,the coupling coordination degree between China's marine economy and resource environment has been steadily increasing,with spatial disparities characterized by"greater differences in the south and north,and smaller differences in the east."Among them,Guangdong consistently achieved the highest overall coupling coordination degree.
