摘要
目的 探讨门急诊颌面部创伤的不同手术修复方式。方法 选取成都市龙泉驿区中医医院2018年9月—2023年9月收治94例颌面部创伤患者进行分析,均应用骨折复位、皮瓣转移、皮内缝合等手术技术进行修复。结果 Ⅰ期修复87例(92.55%),Ⅱ期整形修复7例(7.45%),术后在1~12个月内对患者进行随访,手术后术区均无明显的瘢痕增生,颌面部器官无变形、无移位,修复效果良好。结论 根据现场情况,因地制宜地使用不同的修复方式救治颌面部创伤患者对于保持患者容貌、减少颌面部器官移位和继发畸形有很好的应用效果。
Objective In order to explore the different repair methods of facial trauma in outpatient and emergency department.Methods A total of 94 patients with facial trauma admitted to the TCM Hospital of Longquanyi,Chengdu,from September 2018 to September 2023 were analyzed,and all of them were repaired by surgical techniques such as fracture reduction,flap transfer and intradermal suturing.Results 87 cases(92.55%)had stageⅠrepair,7 cases(7.45%)had stageⅡplastic repair.Patients were followed up within 1-12 months after surgery,there was no obvious scar hyperplasia in the surgical area,no deformation or displacement of facial organs,and the repair effect was good.Conclusion According to the site conditions,different repair methods are used to treat patients with maxillofacial trauma according to local conditions,which has a good application effect in maintaining the patient´s appearance,reducing the displacement of facial organs and secondary deformities.
