摘要
目的 通过介绍北京城市核心区域“3.19”重大交通事故的救援过程,从紧急调度指挥、现场救援及院前院内衔接等环节进行回顾分析,总结救援经验,以提高院前医疗机构对重大道路交通事故的救援能力。方法 对2024年3月19日北京市东城区小客车驶入非机动车道并与多辆电动自行车发生碰撞的重大交通事故的信息接报、救护车调派、检伤分类、现场救治、信息上报、院前院内衔接等救援过程进行回顾性分析,收集并分类统计伤者基本信息、病种分类、伤病程度、诊断转归,以及救护车救援的时间信息、相关医疗机构接诊情况。结果 此次交通事故,共调派救护车13辆,现场转运伤员共17例,第一时间将伤员转运至院内医疗机构得到有效救治,整体救援工作共用时106 min,突发事件整体调派顺畅,救援及时有效,展现了高效的紧急医学救援能力。结论 建立高效、智能信息化的救援指挥体系,做好现场检伤分类及医学救治工作,加强事故救援复盘及演练培训,是重大道路交通事故紧急医学救援顺利进行的重要保障。
Objective By introducing the rescue process of 3.19 major traffic accident in the core area of Beijing City,this paper reviewed and analyzed the rescue experience from the aspects of emergency dispatch command,on-the-spot rescue and connection in front of hospital and in the courtyard,etc,in order to improve the pre-hospital medical institutions for major road traffic accident rescue capacity.Methods This paper retrospectively analyzes the rescue process,including information reporting,ambulance dispatch,injury classification,on-site treatment,information reporting and pre-hospital and in-hospital connection,of a major traffic accident in which a passenger car drove into a non-motor vehicle lane in Dongcheng District,Beijing on March 19,2024 and collided with several electric bicycles,collect and classify the basic information of the injured,disease classification,degree of injury and illness,diagnosis and prognosis,as well as the time information of ambulance rescue and the situation of relevant medical institutions.Results In this traffic accident,a total of 13 ambulances were dispatched,and 17 injured people were transported to the scene.The injured were promptly transported to the hospital's medical institutions for effective treatment.The overall rescue work took 106 minutes,and the emergency response was smooth and timely,demonstrating efficient emergency medical rescue capabilities.Conclusion Establishing an efficient and intelligent information-based rescue command system,doing a good job in on-site injury classification and medical treatment,and strengthening accident rescue review and drill training are important guarantees for the smooth progress of emergency medical rescue in major road traffic accidents.
