摘要
目的 探讨一起道路交通事故院内处置流程,总结医疗应急实践经验,为院内应急医疗系统的建设提供建议。方法 回顾首都医科大学附属北京中医医院处置的一起道路交通事故群体伤害事件,分析院内处置流程。结果 该交通事故群体伤害事件院内处置流程较为顺畅,伤员均得到及时救治并顺利出院。急诊平均滞留时间(45.30±8.60)min,显著低于相关研究数据58 min,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.904,P=0.008)。结论 交通事故群体伤害事件院内处置流程的要点在于及时启动应急预案、构建绿色通道。分次检伤、分区分级、合理分流、集中救治以及指挥者的经验均有助于事件的有序处置。
Objectives To summarize the practical experience of medical emergency response,and provide suggestions for the construction of in-hospital emergency medical system by a review of the in-hospital process for a traffic accident.Methods Review a group traffic incident injury handled by Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Capital Medical University.Analyze the in-hospital´s internal handling process.Results The in-hospital handling process for the group injury incident was relatively smooth,and all the injured received timely treatment and were discharged smoothly.The average residence time in the emergency department is about(45.30±8.60)min,significantly lower than the relevant research data of 58 minutes,the difference was statistically significant(t=-3.904,P=0.008).Conclusions The key points of the in-hospital handling process for group injury incidents are to promptly activate emergency plans and build green channels.Additionally,factors such as the commander´s experience,effective triage,zoning and classification,rational patient diversion,and centralized treatment all contribute to the orderly handling of the incident.
