摘要
海绵城市作为应对城市内涝等水资源环境问题的重要举措,正在全国掀起了广泛应用的浪潮。中国(上海)自由贸易试验区临港新片区(以下简称“临港”)作为新城建设中国家级海绵城市建设的示范典型,吸引了社会各界的关注。回顾了近期海绵城市研究的趋势背景,以上海市顶尖科学家社区实验室H11-01地块为例,从设计理念、技术路线、措施选型及其技术要点、经济性4个方面论述了海绵城市理念在新城公共建筑具体项目中的实施逻辑与应用过程,以期为同类型项目海绵城市建设提供参考。
Sponge city,as an important measure to deal with water resources and environmental problems such as urban inland inundation etc.,is setting off a wave of wide application across the country.Shanghai Lin'gang,as a model of national sponge city construction in the new city construction,has attracted the attention of all walks of life.This paper reviews the recent research trend background of sponge city,and discusses the implementation logic and application process of sponge city concept in specific public building projects in new cities from four aspects:design concept,technical route,measure selection,technical key points and economy by taking H11-01 plot of Lingang Top Scientists Community Laboratory as an example.In order to provide reference for the sponge city construction of the same type of projects.
