摘要
以芜湖建筑科技产业园二期(A区)项目为例,基于EPC模式,探讨超低能耗建筑的绿色低碳建造和管理策略。项目采用三级组织架构、建立碳管理制度及PDCA闭环管理流程,结合被动式建筑设计、可再生能源利用、绿色供应链管理和低碳施工技术。研究结果表明,该项目建造阶段碳排放强度为16.45 kgCO_(2)/(m^(2)·a),使用阶段碳排放强度较传统建筑降低49.43%,展现出显著的减排效果。EPC模式下的超低能耗建筑通过全生命周期的低碳管理,不仅有效降低了建筑运营成本,还为建筑行业的绿色低碳转型提供了实证参考和理论指导,对实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。
Taking Wuhu Architecture Science and Technology Industrial Park Phase II(Area A)Project as an example,based on the EPC model,we discuss the green and low-carbon construction and management strategy of ultra-low-energy-consumption buildings.A three-tier organisational structure,a carbon management system and a PDCA closed-loop management process are adopted,combined with passive building design,renewable energy use,green supply chain management and low-carbon construction techniques.The results of the study show that the carbon emission intensity of the construction phase of the project is 16.45 kgCO_(2)/(m^(2)·a),and the carbon emission intensity of the use phase is 49.43%lower than that of the traditional building,which demonstrates a significant reduction in emissions.Ultra-low-energy-consumption buildings under the EPC model not only effectively reduce the operating costs of the building through the low-carbon management of the whole life cycle,but also provide empirical evidence of the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry.It also provides empirical evidence and theoretical guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,which is of great significance for the realisation of the“dual carbon”goals.
