摘要
随着“双碳”目标的推进,近零能耗建筑的精细化能源管理需求日益迫切。构建基于全链指挥的智能管理平台,以期解决传统建筑能源系统数据分散、调控滞后、多子系统协同不足等问题。采用全链指挥理念,整合建筑能源生产、传输、存储与消费全链条数据,结合物联网感知网络、数字孪生建模与深度学习算法,搭建多层级协同优化架构。平台实现了多源异构数据融合、动态负荷预测与实时能效优化,并通过实证案例验证,得出该平台相较于传统管理模式,可使建筑综合能耗降低23.7%、可再生能源消纳率提升18.4%,且用户舒适度偏差控制在5%以内。全链指挥机制能显著提升建筑能源系统的全局优化能力与响应速度,为近零能耗建筑规模化推广提供了可复制的技术路径,同时为建筑领域低碳转型提供了数据驱动的决策支持工具。
With the advancement of the"dual carbon"goals,the demand for refined energy management in near zero energy buildings(NZEB)is becoming increasingly urgent.This study aims to solve the problems of data dispersion,lagging regulation,and insufficient coordination among multiple subsystems in traditional building energy systems by constructing an intelligent management platform based on full chain command.The research adopts the concept of full chain command,integrating data from the entire chain of building energy production,transmission,storage,and consumption.Combining with the Internet of Things(IoT)perception network,digital twin modeling,and deep learning algorithms,a multi-level collaborative optimization architecture is built.The platform has achieved multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,dynamic load forecasting,and real-time energy efficiency optimization.Empirical case studies have verified that compared to traditional management models,the platform can reduce building comprehensive energy consumption by 23.7%,increase renewable energy consumption rate by 18.4%,and control user comfort deviation within 5%.The results indicate that the full chain command mechanism can significantly enhance the global optimization capability and response speed of building energy systems,providing a replicable technical path for the large-scale promotion of NZEB,and providing data-driven decision support tools for low-carbon transformation in the construction industry.
