摘要
以岳麓山实验室集聚区农科院片区 B2 栋为研究对象,探索夏热冬冷气候区近零能耗公共建筑的节能降碳技术路径。首先,从被动式设计出发,通过优化平面布局与形体设计,提升室内外风环境和自然采光利用效率,并采用高性能围护结构及关键部位断热桥、气密性设计等措施,有效降低建筑能耗。其次,在主动式优化方面,选用了高效供暖空调系统、热回收新风系统以及智能照明控制系统等,进一步提升能源利用效率。此外,还充分利用可再生能源,如在屋面安装太阳能光伏发电系统,实现自发自用、余量上网的能源利用模式。研究结果显示,与参照建筑相比,设计建筑本体节能率为24.66%,综合节能率达62.33%,可再生能源利用率达57.65%,达到GB/T 51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》要求。结论表明,结合地区气候特征的主动与被动式节能降碳技术,辅以可再生能源利用,可显著降低建筑能耗与碳排放,为夏热冬冷地区近零能耗建筑发展提供可推广经验。
This paper takes Building B2 of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Yuelushan Laboratory cluster area as the research object to explore the technology path of energy saving and carbon reduction for near-zero energy consumption public buildings in hot summer and cold winter climate area.First of all,from the passive design,through optimizing the layout and shape design,improve the indoor and outdoor wind environment and natural lighting utilization efficiency,and adopt high-performance envelope structure and key parts of the thermal bridge,air tightness design measures,effectively reduce building energy consumption.Secondly,in terms of active optimization,efficient heating and air conditioning systems,heat recovery fresh air systems and intelligent lighting control systems are selected to further improve energy efficiency.In addition,it also makes full use of renewable energy,such as the installation of solar photovoltaic power generation systems on the roof,to achieve self-use,surplus Internet energy utilization mode.The research results show that compared with the reference building,the energy saving rate of the design building body is 24.66%,the comprehensive energy saving rate is 62.33%,and the renewable energy utilization rate is 57.65%,which meets the requirements of"Near zero energy building Technical Standard".The conclusion shows that the passive design and active technology optimization combined with regional climate characteristics,combined with renewable energy utilization,can significantly reduce building energy consumption and carbon emissions,and provide useful experience for the development of near-zero energy buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.
