基于措施归集的绿色施工增量成本测算

摘要 在“双碳”目标的驱动下,绿色施工成为建筑业低碳转型的关键路径,但绿色施工规模化推广面临着增量成本核算边界模糊的显著制约。当前研究多聚焦于单项技术或短期成本分析,缺乏对“四节一环保”的系统整合,导致成本碎片化、动态核算失衡等问题,难以支撑企业的精细化决策。基于此,研究构建全生命周期内的绿色施工增量成本测算理论模型,创新性提出“措施归集-动态修正-敏感性分析”的逻辑框架。结果表明,该模型既能够精准识别成本驱动因素,还能通过动态收益抵消效应优化增量成本评估。不仅夯实了成本测算在系统性和动态性协同量化方面的理论,也可推动建筑业绿色转型,助力“双碳”目标的高效落地。 Driven by the"dual carbon"goals,green construction has become the key path of low-carbon transformation in the construction industry,but in the context of large-scale promotion of green construction,it faces significant constraints due to the blurring of incremental cost accounting boundaries.At present,most of the research focuses on single technology or short-term cost analysis,and lacks the systematic integration of"four sections and one environmental protection",which leads to problems such as cost fragmentation and dynamic accounting imbalance,which is difficult to support the refined decision-making of enterprises.Based on this,research to construct a theoretical model for calculating the incremental cost of green construction in the whole life cycle,and innovatively proposes a logical framework of"measure aggregation-dynamic correction-sensitivity analysis".The results show that the model can not only accurately identify the cost drivers,but also optimize the incremental cost assessment through the dynamic benefit offsetting effect.It not only fills the theoretical gap in the systematic and dynamic collaborative quantification of cost estimation,but also promotes the green transformation of the construction industry and helps the efficient implementation of the"dual carbon"goals.
