摘要
围绕中高层建筑悬挑结构的绿色选型,从结构性能、施工效率、经济性及环保性等多个维度,对钢结构与混凝土结构展开深入对比分析。结合湘江科学城创新港项目,利用软件构建多方案计算模型。研究表明,相较于混凝土结构,钢桁架大悬挑屋盖结构造价降低28.5%,工期缩短62.5%,使用空间因大跨度属性得到有效拓展。在技术性能上,钢结构楼承板体系自重减轻40%,刚度提升30%,抗震性能增强 20%~30%,变形控制在L/400(L为跨度)以内。在绿色环保方面,钢结构方案碳排放减少15%,建筑垃圾减少60%。彰显钢结构在大悬挑屋盖结构应用中的广阔前景,为工程选型提供理论与实践参考。
Focusing on the green selection of overhanging structures for medium and high-rise buildings,an in-depth comparative analysis of steel and concrete structures is carried out from the perspectives of structural performance,construction efficiency,economy and environmental protection.A multi-scenario calculation model is constructed using software in combination with the Xiangjiang Science City Innovation Port project.The study shows that compared with the concrete structure,the steel truss large-span roof structure reduces the cost by 28.5%,shortens the construction period by 62.5%,and expands the use space effectively due to the large-span property.In terms of technical performance,the self-weight of steel floor joist system is reduced by 40%,the stiffness is increased by 30%,the seismic performance is enhanced by 20%to 30%,and the deformation is controlled within L/400(L is span).In terms of green environmental protection,the steel structure programme reduces carbon emission by 15%and construction waste by 60%.It highlights the broad prospect of steel structure in the application of large overhanging roof structure,and provides solid theoretical and practical reference for engineering selection.
