炼油催化剂加压焙烧炉筒体关键部位应力在线监测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于某炼化企业催化剂加压焙烧炉长周期安全运行的需求,结合有限元分析结果与实际运行工况确定应力监测点,通过选择合适的高温应变片和多功能信号采集传输设备,将监测数据实时导入在线监测软件,通过研究监测数据的变化规律,开发保障焙烧炉长周期安全运行的应力在线监测技术。现场应用结果表明,该系统能实时、准确地捕捉筒体关键部位的应力变化,为设备安全运行与预知性维护提供可靠的数据支撑。 Considering the long-term safe operation of the catalyst pressure roaster in a refinery enterprise,having the finite element analysis results with the actual operating conditions combined to determine the stress monitoring points was implemented to show that,selecting suitable high-temperature strain gauge and multi-function signal acquisition and transmission equipment and importing data monitored into the online monitoring software as well as developing the on-line stress monitoring technology can ensure a long term and safe operation of the roasting furnace.Field application results show that,the system proposed can capture the stress changes of key parts of the cylinder at real time and provide reliable data support for the safe operation and predictive maintenance of the equipment.
