摘要
为了实现高附加值成分己烷的回收,并消除低聚物二次加工自燃隐患,开发一套高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)母液处理系统。该系统通过延长物质停留时间,实现HDPE母液中催化剂的灭活,并基于水和正己烷互不相溶的原理,达到去除烷基铝的目的,确保低聚物二次加工的安全性。
A high density polyethylene(HDPE)mother liquor treatment system was developed to recover high value-added component hexane and eliminate the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in the secondary processing of oligomers.The system can inactivate the catalyst in HDPE mother liquor by prolonging the substance’s residence time.Based on the principle that water and hexane are incompatible with each other,the system can remove alkyl aluminum and ensure safety of secondary processing of oligomers.
