摘要
在我国,随着污水处理要求的不断提高,既有污水处理设施改造工作面临着工艺调整与结构适配的双重挑战。在结构改造方面,对原钢筋混凝土池壁加固成为一种常见且有效的方案。结合实际案例,针对利旧池壁的加固展开了多方案比选,在充分考虑结构受力、施工难度、成本等因素后,最终确定扶壁柱和冠梁加固的方案;通过研究扶壁柱的布置方式,建立多模型方案进行分析比较,确定了最优的布置间距及截面形式;对于现状池壁的堵漏及结构补强,同样经过方案比选,采用增设梯形腋角的方式。经工程实践验证,该改造方案不仅能节省土建成本,还提高了改造后池体的结构安全性,为类似项目提供了参考。
In China,with the continuous improvement of wastewater treatment requirements,there're dual challenges of process adjustment and structural adaptation in the renovation of existing wastewater treatment facilities.For structural renovation,that strengthening the original reinforced concrete tank walls has become a common and effective solution.Combining with a practical case,the comparison and selection of multiple reinforcement schemes were conducted for existing tank structures.After comprehensively considering structural load,construction complexity and cost factors,the optimal solution of reinforcing of buttress columns and capping beams was determined;By investigating the layout of buttress columns,the multiple model schemes were conducted for analysis and comparison to determine the optimal spacing and cross-sectional configurations;For leak sealing and structural enhancement of existing tank walls,a trapezoidal axillary angel reinforcement method was selected.Engineering practices have demonstrated that this renovation approach not only reduces civil engineering costs but also enhances the structural safety of renovated tanks,providing valuable references for similar projects.
