摘要
随着国家的大力推动,城市综合管廊的建设不断加快,针对综合管廊内供水管道的力学性能研究迫切且必要。综合管廊环境下的聚乙烯管道失效模式与传统的埋地聚乙烯管道失效模式存在显著差异,在综合管廊环境中,廊体结构能够有效承担第三方施工荷载并通过能量耗散机制传递至管道,这使得第三方施工不再是聚乙烯管道破坏的主要原因,综合管廊空间限制导致的支座施工误差成为了影响聚乙烯管道结构安全的主要因素。因此,采用有限元模拟方法,通过模拟支座位移加载的方式,研究了热熔接口聚乙烯供水管道在不同支座位移下的应力分布和变形情况,并以材料屈服作为失效准则,评估了管道的抗支座位移能力。该研究成果为城市综合管廊中聚乙烯供水管道的选用和设计提供了重要的理论依据,特别是在管径选择和支座布置方面,具有重要的工程应用价值。
With the strong promotion in China,the construction of urban utility tunnels has been accelerating,making the study of the mechanical performance of inside water supply pipes urgent and necessary.There are significantly differences in the failure modes of polyethylene(PE)pipes in utility tunnels and traditional buried PE pipes.In the utility tunnel,the tunnel structure can effectively bear the loads generated by third-party construction and dissipate energy to the pipes,making third-party construction no longer the primary cause of PE pipe damage.Instead,the construction errors of the support caused by constraints of utility tunnel space are the the main factors affecting the structural safety of PE pipes.The finite element simulation method is employed to stimulate the loading of the support displacement.The stress distribution and deformation of pipes under various support displacements are studied.The pipes'resistance to support displacement is evaluated by the failure criteria of material yield.The research findings provide important theoretical support for the selection and design of PE water supply pipes in urban utility tunnels,particularly in terms of diameter selection and support layout with significant engineering practice value.
