摘要
随着城市轨道交通网络密度的提升,盾构隧道小净距下穿既有车站并切削含主筋围护桩的工程日益增多,其变形控制与施工安全对保障地铁运营至关重要。依托深圳地铁13号线石鼓站—留仙洞站区间下穿5号线留仙洞站项目,通过三维数值模拟分析了盾构施工切削既有车站围护桩对车站结构的影响。采用MIDAS/GTS有限元软件建立了包括双线盾构隧道、既有车站结构及周围地层的三维模型,重点评估了盾构掘进过程中围护桩切削效应、既有车站结构变形特征及地层沉降规律。研究结果表明:盾构切削对既有车站结构产生的附加应力较小,车站变形满足安全要求;通过精确控制盾构掘进参数、刀具选择及注浆措施,能够有效控制地层变形,确保既有车站结构安全。此外,研究了施工过程中切削区段的地质勘察、参数控制及实时监测等控制措施,为类似工程的安全施工提供了参考。
With the increase of the density of urban rail transit network,that shield tunnels with small clear distance passing through the existing stations and cutting the retaining piles with main reinforcement are increasing.Its deformation control and construction safety are very important to ensure the subway operation.Based on the project of the section from Shigu Station-Liuxiandong Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 13 underpass Liuxiandong Station of Line 5,the influence of shield construction cutting the existing station retaining piles on the station structure was analyzed by 3D numerical simulation.A 3D model of double line shield tunnel,the existing station structure and surrounding strata was established by MIDAS/GTS finite element software.The cutting effect of retaining piles,deformation characteristics of the existing station structure and strata settlement law were evaluated during shield tunneling.The results show that the additional stress of the existing station structure caused by shield cutting is smaller,and the deformation of the station meets the safety requirements;By accurately controlling the shield tunneling parameters,tool selection and grouting measures,the strata deformation can be effectively controlled to ensure the safety of the existing station structure.In addition,the control measures of geological survey,parameter control and real-time monitoring in the cutting section are studied,which provides a reference for the safe construction of similar projects.
