摘要
大党独有难题是中国共产党基于强烈的历史使命和责任担当,在深刻总结自身执政经验和世界政党发展规律的基础上,对大型政党在长期执政过程中面临的挑战与困境的深刻洞察。世界主要大党在历史传统、政体性质及意识形态等个性维度存在显著差异,但其执政实践仍呈现出共性要素。通过对比分析当前世界主要大党执政兴衰的经验教训,为中国共产党认识和纾解大党独有难题提供启示和借鉴。当前世界主要大党面临党内派系林立、腐败变质严重、组织内部僵化、民众支持波动等共性难题。中国共产党作为世界上最大的马克思主义执政党,要实现长期执政的目标,需加强党的集中统一领导、坚持监督执纪和反腐败斗争相结合、深化党的自我革命、践行全过程人民民主,以有效纾解大党独有难题的症结。
The unique dilemma of large parties is the deep insight of the Communist Party of China(CPC)into the challenges and dilemmas faced by large political parties in the process of long-term governance based on its strong historical mission and responsibility,and on the basis of profoundly summarizing its own experience in governance and the laws of political party development in the world.The world's major parties have significant differences in their historical traditions,political nature and ideologies,but their governing practices still show common elements.Through comparative analysis of the lessons learned from the rise and fall of major world parties in power,we can provide insights and lessons for the CPC to understand and solve the unique problems of major parties.Currently,the world s major parties face common problems such as internal factionalism,serious corruption,internal rigidity,and fluctuating public support.As the largest Marxist ruling party in the world,the CPC,in order to achieve the goal of long-term governance,needs to strengthen the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,insist on the combination of supervision and discipline and anti-corruption struggle,deepen the Party's self-revolution,and practice people's democracy in the whole process,so as to effectively solve the crux of the unique problems of the major parties.
