摘要
POE在工业生产中应用广泛。在溶液聚合工艺生产POE的过程中,烷基铝助催化剂可以大幅提高主催化剂的效率。然而,烷基铝的特殊化学性质给管道材料选型和工程设计带来了极大挑战。根据烷基铝的特殊化学特性,同时从管道材料设计、管道布置、设备连接、卸料区的安全设计、排放冲洗系统以及安全防护等方面提出工程设计优化策略,以期为POE装置的安全稳定运行提供参考。
POE is widely used in industrial production.In the solution polymerization process for producing POE,alkyl aluminum co-catalysts can significantly improve the efficiency of the main catalyst.However,the unique chemical properties of alkyl aluminum pose significant challenges for pipeline material selection and engineering design.Based on the unique chemical characteristics of alkyl aluminum,this paper proposes engineering design optimization strategies from the perspectives of pipeline material design,pipeline layout,equipment connections,safety design of the unloading area,discharge flushing systems,and safety protection measures,aiming to provide references for the safe and stable operation of POE units.
