摘要
大型薄壁结构件因尺寸大、所用钢板厚度较薄、结构特殊等因素,在制造过程中不可避免地存在组对、焊接、热处理过程变形等问题。通过分析其产生的原因,制定相应措施,可有效减少超差尺寸及变形出现,从而保证设备制作尺寸的精度满足要求。
Large thin-walled structural components,due to their large dimensions,thin steel plate,and unique structural characteristics,are inevitably vulnerable to deformation in assembly,welding,and heat treatment processes during manufacturing.By analyzing the causes of these issues and taking corresponding measures,dimensional deviation and deformation can be effectively reduced,thereby ensuring to meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of equipment.
