多源数据融合的商丘市2023年气候影响综合评价

摘要 【目的】探明商丘市气候条件季节性变化及分布特征,为商丘市的农业发展、交通运行、生产生活等提供理论依据。【方法】依据商丘市2023年气候实况,统计分析商丘市年平均气温、年降水量、年日照时数的基本特征和变化趋势,并对商丘2023年气候影响进行综合评价。【结果】结果表明,与常年相比,年平均气温同期偏高1.0℃,降水同期偏多23.8%,日照时数同期偏多218.4 h。年内出现了雾、霾、低温、寒潮、大风、暴雨、连阴雨、渍涝和高温等天气气候事件。总体而言,2023年商丘市气候适宜,气象条件有利于农业生产发展,但降水时空分布不均,旱涝灾害交替发生。【结论】建议加强气象灾害防御和人工影响天气工作力度,积极开展农业生产的防灾减灾工作。 [Purposes]To explore the seasonal variations and distribution characteristics of climatic con⁃ditions in Shangqiu City,and to provide a theoretical basis for agricultural development,transportation,and daily life under climate influence.[Methods]Based on the 2023 climatic observations of Shangqiu City,the basic characteristics and trends of annual average temperature,annual precipitation,and an⁃nual sunshine duration were statistically analyzed,followed by a comprehensive evaluation of the climate impacts.[Findings]The results indicated that the annual average temperature was 1.0℃higher than the perennial average,precipitation was 23.8%above the normal level,and sunshine duration increased by 218.4 hours.Throughout the year,weather and climate events such as fog,haze,low temperatures,cold waves,gales,heavy rainfall,prolonged rain,waterlogging,and high temperatures occurred.Overall,the climate in Shangqiu City during 2023 was favorable,with meteorological conditions conducive to agricul⁃tural production.However,uneven spatiotemporal distribution of precipitation led to alternating drought and flood disasters.[Conclusions]It is recommended to enhance meteorological disaster prevention and artificial weather intervention efforts,and actively implement disaster mitigation measures for agricul⁃tural production.
