基于ROBOGUIDE的工业机器人焊接工作站仿真分析

摘要 【目的】工业机器人作为先进制造业的关键装备,在提高焊接环节的自动化与智能化方面发挥着重要作用,并展现出卓越的性能。因此,有必要对其进行仿真分析。【方法】以汽车顶盖盖板工业机器人焊接为例,通过SolidWorks三维建模软件对机器人末端焊枪进行三维实体建模,利用ROBOGUIDE仿真软件搭建焊接工作站的虚拟仿真工作站,并设计出工作站布局及焊接工作流程。【结果】对焊接工作站内搬运及焊接机器人运动路径进行了规划和离线编程,并对机器人焊接工作站的工作全过程进行了数值模拟。【结论】通过对工业机器人离线仿真和示教操作的比较分析,验证了机器人虚拟仿真的可行性和高效性,为实际工业机器人焊接工作站设计提供参考依据。 [Purposes]As a key equipment in advanced manufacturing,industrial robots play a vital role in enhancing the automation and intelligence of welding processes,demonstrating outstanding perfor⁃mance.Thus,simulation analysis is essential.[Methods]Taking the industrial robot welding of a car roof cover plate as an example,SolidWorks 3D modeling software was used to create a solid model of the robot-end welding gun.A virtual simulation workstation for the welding station was constructed using ROBOGUIDE,and the workstation layout along with the welding workflow were designed.[Findings]The motion paths of the handling and welding robots within the workstation were planned and pro⁃grammed offline.A numerical simulation of the entire working process of the robot welding workstation was conducted.[Conclusions]Through comparative analysis of offline simulation and teach pendant op⁃eration,the feasibility and efficiency of robot virtual simulation were verified,providing a reference for the design of practical industrial robot welding workstations.
