计及直流二倍频抑制的柔性互联台区双端三相不平衡治理策略

Two-terminal three-phase unbalance management strategy for flexible interconnection stations considering DC double-frequency suppression

摘要 随着分散式小容量新能源、电动汽车、农机用电负荷等高比例接入,农村低压配电网三相不平衡、电压波动、电压越限等电能质量问题日趋突出。提出一种计及直流二倍频抑制的柔性互联台区双端三相不平衡治理策略。设计一种具有对偶性的三相四桥臂变换器+有源功率解耦电路协同优化的柔性互联拓扑架构,以实现交-直流电能质量的协同优化。针对柔性互联交流台区双侧可能出现的三相不平衡、二倍频穿越问题,提出一种双端协同优化控制策略,其中基于分序补偿优化的直流母线电压控制策略与基于分相功率补偿的双闭环控制策略能够有效实现台区三相不平衡治理,基于直接二倍频脉动电压抑制的三闭环控制策略能够有效实现直流网络的纹波抑制。基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建相应的电路模型,仿真验证了所提策略的有效性。 Along with the high proportion access of decentralized small-capacity new energy,electric vehicles,and agricultural machinery power loads,the power quality problems such as three-phase imbalance,voltage fluctuation,and voltage overlimit of rural low-voltage distribution network are becoming more and more prominent.A two-terminal three-phase unbalance management strategy for flexible interconnected stations is proposed considering DC double-frequency suppression.A collaborative optimization flexible interconnection topology architecture of three-phase four-bridge arm converter+active power decoupling circuit with duality is designed to achieve collaborative optimization of AC-DC power quality.Aiming at the problems of threephase unbalance and double-frequency crossing that may occur on both sides of flexible interconnection AC stations,a two-terminal cooperative optimization control strategy is proposed,in which the DC bus voltage control strategy based on the split-sequence compensation optimization and the double closed-loop control strategy based on the split-phase power compensation can effectively realize the three-phase imbalance management of the stations,and the triple closed-loop control strategy based on the direct double-frequency pulsating voltage suppression can effectively realize the ripple suppression of DC network.The corresponding circuit model is built based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
