摘要
针对分布式发电资源调控中存在的时变量可行域聚合计算维度高、异质设备性能差异大、异构成本差异显著等挑战,提出一种基于历史电价引导的相似多面体发电资源聚合方法。通过深度聚类生成历史电价的典型场景并考虑不同设备在典型电价下的性能差异来构建基础多面体;利用相似多面体方法对异构资源可行域进行高效聚合;构建经济优化调控模型,得到初始调控方案;利用二次优化算法调整初始调控方案,减少电价赋权导致的低权重设备灵活性损失,以提升资源利用率。算例结果表明,所提方法在聚合精度、调控方案经济性上有一定优势,调控策略在电价波动时具有良好的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the challenges in the regulation of distributed generation resources,such as high calculation dimensionality of time-varying feasible region aggregation,significant performance difference among heterogeneous devices,and remarkable disparity of heterogeneous costs,an aggregation method of generation resource based on similar polyhedrons guided by historical electricity price is proposed.The typical historical price scenarios are generated through deep clustering,and the basic polyhedrons are constructed considering the performance difference among different devices under typical electricity price.The similar polyhedron method is used to efficiently aggregate the feasible region of heterogeneous resource.An economic optimization and regulation model is constructed to obtain the initial regulation scheme.The quadratic optimization algorithm is used to regulate the initial regulation scheme,which minimizes the flexibility loss of lowweight devices caused by price weighting and improves the resource utilization rate.The example results show that the proposed method has certain advantages in aggregation accuracy and economy of regulation scheme,and the regulation strategy has good robustness when the electricity price fluctuates.
