基于交替最小化矩阵补全及滑动平均的配电网时空量测数据补齐方法 被引量:2

摘要 高比例分布式资源接入下新型配电网规模逐渐扩大,产生运行状态多变、量测数据缺失等问题。提出一种基于交替最小化结合滑动平均的矩阵补全方法,以对低量测条件下配电网潮流数据进行分析与补全。基于交替最小化法建立标准矩阵补全模型,在模型中加入线性潮流约束并形成单个时间断面的完整矩阵补全模型;考虑时间尺度上数据缺失率较高的问题,进一步结合滑动平均法进行数据补全。在IEEE 33节点以及IEEE 118节点系统上进行算例测试,结果表明,所提方法在配电网多种量测数据均严重缺失时有较好的补全结果,无须训练预测模型,即时空量测数据补全效果不受历史量测数据规模及质量的影响,且所提方法简单易操作,执行效率较高。 The scale of new distribution network under the access of high proportion of distributed resource is gradually expanding,resulting in the problems such as variable operation status and missing measurement data.A matrix completion method based on alternating minimization combined with moving average is proposed to analyze and complete the power flow data of distribution network under low measurement condition.A standard matrix completion model based on the alternating minimization method is built,and the linear power flow constraints are added to the model for forming a complete matrix completion model in a single time section.Considering the problem of high data missing rate on the time scale,the moving average algorithm is further combined to complete the data.The example test is carried out on the IEEE 33-node and IEEE 118-node systems,and the results show that the proposed method has better completion results when multiple quantity measurement data of distribution network are seriously missing,there is no need to train a prediction model,that is,the effect of spatio-temporal measurement data completion is not affected by the scale and quality of historical measurement data,and the proposed method is simple and easy to operate with high execution efficiency.
