摘要
针对巴哈大赛动态赛项对赛车空间分配要求的提升,为优化车手逃生率与驾驶舒适性,该研究基于人机工程学理论,以大学生车手为调研对象,确定刹车舒适度、颠簸路段碰撞感受及逃生效率为关键影响指标。结合大学生车手标准身高体重,对车架下部框架侧构件、侧防撞构件等关键部件尺寸进行调整,通过SolidWorks和CATIA软件构建赛车与人体三维模型,对比分析尺寸调整前后的相关指标。研究结果表明,调整部分管件尺寸后,不同体重驾驶员的逃生时间均缩短约0.4 s,当刹车踏板踏入角度为67°、方向盘操纵杆长度为75 cm时,可显著提升驾驶舒适度并保障行车安全。该研究为巴哈赛车驾驶空间的优化设计及赛事安全开展提供了科学依据与理论支撑。
In response to the increased requirements for racing car space allocation in the dynamic events of the Baja competition,this study aims to optimize driver escape rates and driving comfort.Based on ergonomic theory and with college student drivers as the research subjects,it identifies braking comfort,collision perception on bumpy roads,and escape efficiency as key influencing indicators.Combined with the standard height and weight of college student drivers,it adjusts the dimensions of key components such as the side members of the lower frame and the side anticollision members.Using SolidWorks and CATIA software,it constructs 3D models of the racing car and the human body,and conducts a comparative analysis of relevant indicators before and after the dimension adjustments.The research results show that after adjusting the dimensions of some pipe fittings,the escape time of drivers with different weights is shortened by approximately 0.4 s,when the brake pedal stepping angle is 67°and the steering wheel joystick length is 75 cm,driving comfort can be significantly improved while ensuring driving safety.This study provides a scientific basis and theoretical support for the optimal design of Baja racing car driving space and the safe conduct of competitions.
