摘要
从政策、制度、技术、组织及金融五个维度探讨农村经济管理模式的创新路径。在政策创新方面,应大力优化政策环境、加大政策支持力度和完善政策制度;在制度创新方面,要完善农村土地制度、优化农业产业结构并构建农业市场体系;在技术创新方面,应推广现代农业技术、提升农业科技成果转化能力并加强农业信息化建设;在组织创新方面,需培育新型农业经营主体、加强农业社会化服务体系建设、支持农业产业化经营,强化地方基层组织建设和管理;在金融创新方面,应完善农业金融体系、加大金融对农业的支持力度并推动农村金融市场的发展,从而为农村经济的持续、健康发展提供有力支撑。
This study explores the innovative paths of rural economic management models from five dimensions:policy,system,technology,organization,and finance.In terms of policy innovation,efforts should be made to optimize the policy environment,increase policy support,and improve policy systems;In terms of institutional innovation,it is necessary to improve the rural land system,optimize the agricultural industry structure,and build an agricultural market system;In terms of technological innovation,modern agricultural technology should be promoted,the ability to transform agricultural scientific and technological achievements should be enhanced,and the construction of agricultural informatization should be strengthened;In terms of organizational innovation,it is necessary to cultivate new agricultural management entities,strengthen the construction of agricultural socialized service systems,support agricultural industrialization operations,and strengthen the construction and management of local grassroots organizations;In terms of financial innovation,it is necessary to improve the agricultural financial system,increase financial support for agriculture,and promote the development of rural financial markets,in order to provide strong support for the sustained and healthy development of the rural economy.
