摘要
使用EEL57D雾度仪研究了不同调理时间、样品厚度、冷却线高度及熔融温度对聚乙烯雾度测试结果的影响。研究表明:不同的调理时间测得的聚乙烯雾度存在一定的差异,在一定的调理时间范围内,调理时间长测得的雾度比调理时间短的要更大;不同样品厚度对聚乙烯雾度测试结果影响较大,薄膜越厚测得的雾度值越大;不同冷却线高低对聚乙烯雾度测试结果有影响,冷却线越高雾度值越大;不同熔融温度对聚乙烯雾度测试结果也有影响,熔融温度越高雾度值越小。
The effects of different conditioning times,thicknesses,and cooling line heights on polyethylene haze test results were investigated using an EEL 57D hazemeter.The study shows that:Measured polyethylene haze values exhibit certain differences depending on the conditioning time;within a specific conditioning time range,longer conditioning times yield higher haze values than shorter ones;sample thickness has a significant impact on polyethylene haze test results,with thicker films resulting in higher measured haze values;different cooling line heights affect polyethylene haze test results,with higher cooling lines leading to higher haze values;different melting temperatures also influence polyethylene haze test results,with higher melting temperatures resulting in lower haze values.
