10 m厚煤层综放开采合理采放比和支架选型确定

Determination of Reasonable Drawing Ratio and Support Selection for Fully Mechanized Caving Mining of 10 m Thick Coal Seam

摘要 针对某煤矿10 m特厚煤层放顶煤工作面,通过地质条件分析、煤体力学试验及工程类比,发现采高随煤层厚度增大而增大,采放比随煤层厚度增大而减小。基于顶煤松散系数法,确定合理采放比为1∶2.2,采高为3.2 m,放煤高度为6.9 m。采用基本顶动载系数和支护强度估算法,计算得所需支护强度为1.14 MPa,据此选用ZF12000/25/38型液压支架(初撑力10132 kN,工作阻力12000 kN)。研究通过采放参数与支架阻力的耦合分析,实现了安全与效率的综合优化,适用于埋深400~600 m、中等硬度顶板的类似厚煤层条件。 For a 10 m extra-thick coal seam with top coal caving in a specific coal mine,geological condition analysis,coal mechanical testing,and engineering analogy revealed that the mining height increases with coal seam thickness,while the drawing ratio decreases accordingly.Based on the loose coefficient method of top coal,the reasonable drawing ratio was determined as 1:2.2,with a mining height of 3.2 m and a roof caving height of 6.9 m.Using the basic roof dynamic load coefficient and support strength estimation method,the required support strength was calculated as 1.14 MPa.Based on this,the ZF12000/25/38 hydraulic support(with an initial setting force of 10,132 kN and a working resistance of 12,000 kN)is selected.Through coupled analysis of mining-caving parameters and support resistance,this research achieved integrated optimization of safety and efficiency,applicable to similar thick coal seam conditions with burial depths of 400–600 m and medium-hard roof strata.
