差异化波长数据分析法识别储罐内壁损伤位置研究

摘要 基于光纤光栅传感技术提出了一种识别储罐内壁损伤的差异化波长数据分析方法。首先在储罐外壁布设FBG传感器,通过储罐变压下的光纤检测损伤识别试验采集内压改变后的波长数据,得到反映储罐内壁损伤信息的指标λT。然后建立储罐全尺寸有限元模型,通过数值模拟的方法分析罐壁损伤处应变变化特征。最后将数值模拟分析结果与试验所测结果进行对比,以验证所提方法的有效性。研究结果表明,λT在储罐内壁损伤附近出现突变现象,突变峰值平均达到0.045 nm^(2)以上,这与数值模拟分析结果基本吻合,说明研究提出的损伤指标λT可准确识别储罐内壁损伤,应用所提的方法能够判断储罐内壁损伤位置。研究结果可为及时发现储罐内壁损伤、提出安全维护措施提供理论依据,也可为光纤光栅传感技术应用于储罐内壁损伤的无损检测提供技术支撑。 Based on fiber Bragg grating sensing technology,a differential wavelength data analysis method for identifying the inner wall damage of storage tank is proposed.Firstly,FBG sensors are arranged on the outer wall of storage tank,and the wavelength data after the change of internal pressure is collected through the optical fiber detection damage identification test under the variable pressure of storage tank,so as to obtain the index λ T reflecting the damage information of the inner wall of storage tank.Then the full-scale finite element model of the storage tank is established,and the strain variation characteristics of the damaged parts of the tank wall are analyzed by numerical simulation.Finally,the numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The research results show that there is a sudden change phenomenon ofλT near the damage of tank inner wall,and the average peak value of the sudden change is more than 0.045 nm^(2),which is basically consistent with the results of numerical simulation analysis.It shows that the proposed damage index λ T can accurately identify the inner wall damage of storage tank,and the proposed method can be used to determine the damage location of inner wall of storage tank.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for timely detection of the inner wall damage of storage tank and the proposal of safety maintenance measures,and also provide technical support for the application of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology in the non-destructive detection of the inner wall damage of storage tank.
