随着新质生产力的崛起,智能建造技术成为推动建筑行业创新发展的关键力量。今在新质生产力的视阈下,深入分析新质生产力对智能建造技术专业人才的要求,智能建造技术专业人才培养的现状与问题;探讨适应新需求的人才培养路径,包括构建智能建造技术专业课程体系、强化实践教学、深化产学研合作、创新教学方法和手段、加强师资队伍建设和完善人才培养质量评价体系。旨在为培养符合新质生产力要求的高素质智能建造技术专业人才提供理论支持和实践指导。
With the rise of new quality productivity,intelligent construction technology has become a key force driving innovative development in the construction industry.From the perspective of new quality productivity,this article deeply analyzes the requirements of new quality productivity for intelligent construction technology professionals,the current situation and problems of intelligent construction technology talent cultivation,and explores talent cultivation paths that adapt to new needs,including building a curriculum system for intelligent construction technology,strengthening practical teaching,deepening industry university research cooperation,innovating teaching methods and means,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and improving the quality evaluation system of talent cultivation.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality intelligent construction technology professionals who meet the requirements of new quality productivity.
