装配式装修在佛教建筑的数字化应用——以溪口雪窦山弥勒文化园项目为例

摘要 以溪口雪窦山弥勒文化园项目为实例,深入探索了佛教建筑中装配式装修的数字化应用,旨在响应“绿水青山就是金山银山”的可持续发展理念,同时确保在不损害自然环境的前提下,实现资源节约、经济美观和低碳可循环的施工效果。通过创新的机械加化学方法,成功制造出能够根据光照变化呈现出与实木相近的木纹观感和木材手感,具有多维度纹理的4D蚀刻仿木铝方通,从而替代了传统木材在佛教建筑内外墙面、飞檐、顶棚、藻井等关键部位的装饰应用。此外,还利用数字化技术,对建筑空间进行精准的3D扫描、测量、设计优化以及智能放线,最终营造出富有木作韵味的佛教文化建筑。这一实践不仅为佛教建筑的现代化、数字化发展提供了新的思路,也为推动其可持续发展提供了宝贵的案例和经验。 Taking the Xikou Xuedou Mountain Maitreya Cultural Park project as an example,this study delves deeply into the digital application of modular decoration in Buddhist architecture.In order to practice the development concept of"Clear waters and green mountains",not to damage the natural environment due to the massive use of wood in the architectural decoration project,and to achieve the goal of resource conservation,economic beauty,low carbon recyclability,and assembly construction,mechanical and chemical methods are used to produce the surface with uneven,multi-dimensional texture on the interior and exterior walls,cornices,ceilings,caissons and other parts of Buddhist buildings,which can be decorated according to the light angle The brightness is different,achieving the same wood grain appearance and wood feel as solid wood through 4D etched imitation wood aluminum square,replacing traditional wood.The application of digital technology to 3D scanning,precise measurement,design optimization,prefabricated deepening,and intelligent setting out of building spaces creates a wooden effect of Buddhist cultural architecture.This practice not only oflers new ideas for the modernization and digitalization of Buddhist archiecture,but also provides valuable examples and experiences for promoting its sustainable devdopment.
