摘要
城市化实践进程催生出拆迁安置社区这一特殊形态社区类型。介于城市社区与乡村社会之间的拆迁安置社区的空间布局和组织架构已发生剧烈变化。数字技术嵌入社区生活,为再造拆迁安置社区共同体注入了新动力。通过数字关联、数字合作、数字信任、数字认同的多元实践策略,社区内部各要素活力被重新激活,以实现安置居民间关联紧密、合作增多、信任增强、认同强化。数字技术赋能拆迁安置社区共同体再造并不是技术与社区的简单叠加,还需在重置居民互惠互助机制、打造协同共治虚拟场域、加强社区治理制度监管、挖掘社区永久集体记忆等方面持续努力。
The process of urbanization practice has given rise to a special form of community,the demolition and resettlement community.The spatial layout and organizational structure of the demolition and resettlement community,which lies between urban communities and rural society,have undergone drastic changes.The integration of digital technology into community life has injected new impetus into the reconstruction of the demolition and resettlement community.Through diverse practical strategies of digital association,digital cooperation,digital trust,and digital identity,the vitality of various elements within the community has been reactivated,aiming to achieve close connections,increased cooperation,enhanced trust,and strengthened identity among resettled residents.However,empowering the reconstruction of demolition and resettlement community communities with digital technology is not a simple combination of technology and community.It also requires continuous efforts in resetting the mechanism of mutual benefit and assistance among residents,creating a virtual field of collaborative governance,strengthening the supervision of community governance systems,and excavating the permanent collective memory of communities.
