摘要
人工智能技术具有迭代速度快、复杂度高、隐蔽性强的特点,这些特点在带来生活便利的同时,也使得人工智能在应用中出现了一系列伦理问题。引导“智能向善”成为推动人工智能发展的重中之重,其核心要义在于推动人工智能成为增进人类福祉的积极力量,为解决科技发展中产生的伦理问题提供理论指南。当前,在引导“智能向善”的进程中仍存在技术、伦理、治理等方面的多重阻滞。突破现实困境,亟须技术科学、法学、政治学等多学科领域开展深度交叉融合与协同创新,以跨学科的视角与方法共同探寻解决方案。
Artificial intelligence technology is characterized by fast iteration speed,high complexity and strong concealment.While these characteristics bring convenience to life,they also lead to a series of ethical issues in the application of artificial intelligence.Guiding“intelligence for good”has become a top priority in promoting the development of artificial intelligence,with the core essence of promoting AI as a positive force for enhancing human well-being and providing theoretical guidance for addressing ethical issues arising from technological development.Currently,there are still multiple obstacles in guiding the process of“intelligence for good”in terms of technology,ethics,governance,and other aspects.To break through the current difficulties,it is urgent to carry out deep interdisciplinary integration and collaborative innovation in fields such as technology,science,law,and political science,and explore solutions together from an interdisciplinary perspective and method.
