摘要
目的通过调查干燥综合征(SS)患者生活质量及疲乏状况现状,探讨疲乏状况的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2017年4月10日—2023年9月22日某院就诊的97例SS患者,采用自制的基本资料调查表、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)、疲乏概况量表(PROF)等量表进行调查,采用多元线性回归分析患者疲乏状况的影响因素。结果97例患者的SF-36评分为(51.52±17.15)分,PROF评分为(80.04±11.46)分;不同病程、年龄、干燥综合征疾病活动指数(ESSDAI)程度、SF-36评分、合并疼痛、医院焦虑抑郁量表焦虑亚量表(HADS-A)评分的SS患者的PROF评分比较,差异明显(P<0.05);将上述影响因素进行多元线性回归分析,结果显示SF-36评分(OR=3.108,95%CI=1.341~7.205)、ESSDAI程度(OR=2.751,95%CI=1.164~6.504)、HADS-A评分(OR=3.040,95%CI=1.137~8.133)是SS患者PROF评分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论SS患者普遍的心理健康、活力、身体疼痛、社会活动功能、日常精神活动功能、日常活动功能、躯体活动功能、总体健康自评等生活质量水平较低,且疲乏状况较为严重,患者的生活质量、疾病严重程度以及焦虑状态是影响疲乏的独立因素。
Objectives This study aims to investigate the quality of life and fatigue status in patients with Sjogren's syndrome(SS),and to explore the influencing factors of fatigue status.Methods A total of 97 SS patients who visited a certain hospital between April 10,2017 and September 22,2023 were retrospectively selected.A self-designed demographic questionnaire,the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),and the Profile of Fatigue(PROF)scale were used for assessment.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to identify factors influencing patients'fatigue status.Results The SF-36 score and PROF score of 97 patients were 51.52±17.15 points and80.04±11.46points.Significant differences in PROF scores were observed among SS patients with different disease durations,ages,levels of disease activity(ESSDAI),SF-36 scores,presence of comorbid pain,and scores on the anxiety subscale of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS-A;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis of the above-mentioned influencing factors showed that SF-36 score(OR=3.108,95%CI=1.341-7.205),ESSDAI level(OR=2.751,95%CI=1.164-6.504),and HADS-A score(OR=3.040,95%CI=1.137-8.133)are independent factors influencing the PROF score in SS patients(P<0.05).Conclusions SS patients generally have lower quality of life levels in areas such as psychological health,vitality,bodily pain,social activity functioning,daily mental activity functioning,daily activity functioning,physical activity functioning,and overall self-rated health.Fatigue is also more severe.The patients'quality of life,disease severity,and anxiety status are independent factors affecting fatigue.
