情景模拟结合Seminar教学法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Application of Scenario Simulation Combined with Seminar Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Obstetrics and Gynecology Residents

摘要 目的探索情景模拟结合Seminar教学法在以提升岗位胜任力为目标的妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果,以提高教学质量。方法将2022年7月1日—2024年6月30日在某大学附属医院参加住培的52名妇产科住院医师随机分为试验组和对照组,每组26名。采用传统教学模式的26名住院医师作为对照组,在传统教学基础上加入情景模拟结合Seminar教学的26名住院医师作为试验组,通过比较两组住院医师培训后的考核成绩及教学效果满意程度问卷调查的形式进行教学效果评价。结果试验组理论考试(29.01±0.49 vs 28.79±0.49)、临床思维(19.08±0.51 vs 18.26±0.38)、接诊与沟通(18.37±0.21 vs 17.40±0.34)、操作技能(28.40±0.44 vs 27.53±0.25)及考核总成绩(94.27±1.76 vs90.79±1.98)均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组对教学方式的总体满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.013);情景模拟结合Seminar教学法能显著提高学员的学习兴趣和主动性,提升临床思维能力、临床操作能力、医患沟通能力,文献阅读及语言表达能力(P<0.001)。结论在妇产科住培中,应用情景模拟教学结合Seminar教学模式可提高住院医师的临床思维能力和实践能力,在提高妇产科住院医师的岗位胜任力方面具有应用价值。 Objectives This study aims to explore the application and effectiveness of scenario-based simulation combined with seminar teaching method in improving job competency for obstetrics and gynecology residents undergoing standardized residency training.Methods 52 obstetrics and gynecology residents at a university-affiliated hospital from July 1,2022,to June 30,2024,were randomly assigned to the experimental or the control group,with 26 residents in each group.The 26 residents in the control group received traditional teaching methods,while the 26 residents in the experimental group were taught using a combination of scenario-based simulation and seminar teaching method.Teaching effectiveness was evaluated by comparing the examination scores and the results of a satisfaction survey on teaching effectiveness between the two groups.Results The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores than the control group in the theoretical exam(29.01±0.49 vs 28.79±0.49),clinical thinking(19.08±0.51 vs 18.26±0.38),patient consultation and communication(18.37±0.21 vs 17.40±0.34),practical skills(28.40±0.44 vs 27.53±0.25),and overall assessment scores(94.27±1.76 vs 90.79±1.98;P<0.001).The survey results indicated that the experimental group had significantly higher overall satisfaction with the teaching method compared to the control group(P<0.013).Residents in the experimental group reported that the combination of scenario-based simulation and the Seminar teaching method significantly improved their learning interest,initiative,clinical thinking,clinical skills,doctor-patient communication,literature reading and language expression abilities(P<0.001).Conclusions In obstetrics and gynecology residency training,the application of scenario simulation teaching combined with the seminar teaching model can improve the clinical thinking ability and practical ability of residents,and has application value in improving the job competence of obstetrics and gynecology residents.
